I "found" this gem of a company when we wanted to do a quick kitchen update in order to put our house on the market. Mick came out, took a look, and almost immediately our kitchen floor had tile-done perfectly, professionally, and so quickly it was amazing. We liked his work so much we also had granite installed in our downstairs bar. So...we decided to stay where we are and do a major kitchen remodel. Again, a call to Mick got the job done. He is exceptionally responsive and his installers are a real pleasure to have working in the home. They are perfectionists and very pleasant. We'll use him again to do more work in our house-would not even think of trying somebody else.

This is the first time I worked with Mick and his crew. I was very impressed with him from day one. Everything he promised was right on. His crew is terrific, clean, & courteous. He made sure everything was done correctly and I am thrilled with my new fireplace. I will most definitely use him again and think you should too!

My wife and I did a complete gut and remodel of our 70yr old home in SF. Of all the vendors we dealt with Mick and his crew were the most professional and personable.
Their portion of the project was completed on time, on budget and exactly the way they said it would look.
If you need tile or stone work you'd be foolish not to review his portfolio.

London Tile was my choice for changing the tile around a fireplace. Mick, the owner, was a pleasure to work with, always coming or phoning when he said he would. His crew were skilled, experienced and friendly, and they did a perfect clean up job both days they worked in my house. If I ever do more tile remodeling, I would call London Tile.

We had a disastrous experience with a previous contractor that botched our bathroom remodel badly. We were $18K in the hole from ruined materials and labor, so we were very gun-shy about hiring a contractor to fix the mess we put ourselves in (note- don't use craigslist for an expensive remodel, duh)

London Tile to the rescue. Not only were the entire crew prompt, responsive, experienced, and polite... they were also amazing craftsmen. London Tile crew were thoughtful and even helped us with design and layout decisions. They are so experienced and utter perfectionists. We had crazy-detailed and small Ann Sacks tile that was beautiful, but really needed tip-top experts in order to install perfectly. Not surprisingly, they did. The job was so beautiful and exactly as (actually much better) than I envisioned. They were prompt, tidy and took great care of our house while they were in it.

We have a second bathroom that needs sprucing up and I can't wait to have them come back to help us with the next project

So, you'll see my previous review down below in which I said I would going to use LT for my bath remodel. Again, Zack & Mick are amazing to work with and their craftsmen are simply the best. They did the hex floor and the subway wainscoting & shower. So beautiful! We are in love with it.
