FAQ's
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Clients obviously feel more comfortable using a contractor with in depth experience. After 30 years in business London Tile has experienced every possible construction related tile installation scenario; including the introduction of modern and revolutionary setting products and tools.
As more and varied products become popular and widely used ( e.g glass mosaics, wood-plank tiles, Schluter and similar membrane systems, floor heat mats) our knowledge of tile, stone and glass installation continues to grow.
Q. What method of installation are you going to use?
A. Such as a fingerprint, every project has it's own unique requirements. It is important for the client that I explain how and why I am going to complete a particular installation. We are thorough in discussing installation methods and processes that are required before initiating any labour.
I like to explain the process from demolition, through preparation to completion of tile installation, grout and sealing.
Q. When can you start ?
A. This depends on our current workload but we have the manpower to take on urgent projects.
Q. Can you send me some references ?
A. We have extensive references and photographs of our tile installations. If, for example, your job is a limestone tile installation we will send pictures of similar stone projects so you can get an in depth idea of what your project will look like when it's completed. Likewise with glass tile, glass mosaics, marble etc.
